A large business information services company was experiencing declining revenues for its flagship product. After extensively analyzing revenue data, we determined that customers were moving to lower-priced products offered by our client and other competitors. Based on this analysis, we recommended that our client redefine their product portfolio and better tailor their existing suite of products to meet their customers' needs.

A large credit card company was experiencing stagnant growth while the competition was growing at a faster pace. We took a close look at their product line to help them redefine their pricing. After performing in-depth data analysis, client interviews, and in-market testing, we identified specific segments where the pricing pressure was intense and helped our client move from a simple pricing structure to a segmented strategy. We recommended charging premiums in areas where products could be versioned as value-added, while assigning a new brand and much lower prices to commoditized products.
